ChickRocks will be at Artastic! a Fine Arts festival presented by Temple Beth-El Sisterhood on November 2nd from 11am to 5pm. The festival will feature original art, fabulous food, and best of all free admission. Come on by and visit. I have lots of new goodies...photography, jewelry, cards and magnets. October 10-12th

:::October 10th::: Last week at First Friday we met an incredible band, Slain Monarch. These guys were great but infortunately they got moved and then after taking so long to setup elsewhere...they electricity got disconnected by some jerk. But tonight they perform at Limelight at 10pm. So if you're in the area...stop by.

:::October 11-12th::: Chalk It Up is Saturday on Houston Street.. Thousands of folks...adults and children...flock to beautiful downtown San Antonio to paint the sidewalks and streets with chalk. Come by and join us.

:::October 11-12th::: The International Accoridan Festival is Saturday and Sunday at La Villita in dowtown. Its FREE and groups from all over the world will be performing from Tejano to concert music. Besides the great music, there will be ethnic food, beverages, and merchandise.

First Friday - October 2008

Its that time of month again...First Friday at Loft Studio. We have some great and talented folks from our San Antonio Flickr group exhibiting photography. I will be showing some black & white Holga prints on woodblock as part of a continuation of my photos from FotoSeptiembre.
